At Northlark Supply, we keep things simple and intentional—just like the products we offer.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to make it right.
Please submit a request through the Contact Us page within 5 days of delivery, and include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Additional Notes
- We do not accept returns for used or opened items
- We are not responsible for issues related to product preferences, skin reactions, or sizing
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
